Stephanie Dodson

Board Member

Stephanie Dodson is responsible for identifying and supporting Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation Entrepreneurs and cultivating and engaging donors. Stephanie co-manages the Foundation’s East Coast office in Boston. Prior to joining DRK, Stephanie co-founded three social ventures: Strategic Grant Partners, a coalition of families that combines philanthropic investing and pro bono consulting to address issues for Massachusetts children in poverty, Project Healthy Children to design and implement food fortification programs to improve basic health in developing countries and the Maranyundo Initiative, a boarding school for girls and a teacher enrichment program in Rwanda. She recently completed the Harvard Advanced Leadership fellowship while acting as an advisor and board member for Demand Abolition, Year Up, Partners in Health, WGBH, RefugePoint, and Amazon Conservation Team. In her role at DRK, she serves on the boards of Upstream, Clean Energy Trust, Crisis Text Line, City Health Works, Lava Mae, Y2Y and D-Rev. She holds a BA in English and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College and an MBA from Stanford University. She lives in Boston with her husband James Cornell where they have their 6 grown children visit them as often as possible.
